Housing
We are committed to pursuing housing that working individuals and families can count on: well-designed homes that support stability and place residents closer to employment, education, and services.
Workforce housingLegacy Tower is a planned commercial development that combines workforce housing, technology opportunity, and community gathering space, creating a place where people can live, learn, and connect.

Communities thrive when people have a stable place to live, access to the tools that shape today’s economy, and places to come together. Too often, these needs are addressed separately. Legacy Tower is envisioned to bring them together in a single, thoughtfully planned development.
Our plans call for housing for working individuals and families, space dedicated to technology access and learning, and a community meeting room open to neighborhood use. The project is in its planning stage, and we are using this time to build relationships, gather input, and identify partners who can help bring the vision to life.
Each commitment reflects a need we hear in communities, and each one is stronger because of the others.

Workforce housingWe are committed to expanding access to technology and digital learning, so that residents and neighbors can build skills, explore new careers, and participate fully in a digital economy.
Technology accessWe are committed to creating shared space that strengthens local ties, where neighbors, nonprofits, and educators can meet, learn, and organize around what matters to them.
Community spaceOpportunity should be within reach. We aim to design spaces, programs, and communications that welcome people of different backgrounds, abilities, ages, and levels of experience with technology.
No single organization builds a community alone. We seek to work in partnership with residents, local organizations, employers, educators, and development partners, and to build on the strengths already present in the neighborhood.
A legacy is measured over decades. We want Legacy Tower to deliver value that endures, contributing to stronger households, stronger local networks, and a stronger neighborhood long after construction is complete.
We believe the best developments reflect the people they serve. As planning moves forward, we intend to:
We welcome conversations with anyone who shares our commitment to housing, opportunity, and community connection.
